Autostick goes into gear but moves slow

I have a 1600 in a trike with an autostick. I started fine going 65 mph, but when I stopped it would just rev and not move and shott tranny fluid out of the reservoir. Now it doesn't want to move at all. There is fluid in the tank but it looks dark now and it was red when I started driving. Please help.

Now that its cooled down it runs and drives fine. Any ideas??

Low on fluid would be my first guess.
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
