914 EA 1.7 Injection motor - Should I grab it ?

Hi Folks,
Newbie here, I'm in the process of restoring my 56 oval with mods,

Doing the IRS conversion and currently have an 1800 bus motor for it, got the DTM kit BUT , I have an opportunity to buy a 914 1.7 EA motor for the project, Should I jump at the opportunity ???? Thoughts

Also can I put the larger valve 1800 heads on the 914 or just keep it stock ?

I think the 914 1.7 heads flow better than the bus 1.8 heads, been a while since I was researching that but that's why my memory is telling me. Case and heads out of a 914 are less likely to be buggered than the same out of a buss. If the price is right I would go for it.
