Type 3 heads on Type 1 1600

Picked up a dual port 1600 that has 2 different heads, first head is 311.101.375 and the second is 311.101.376 G.
Are these heads okay to run together?

They need to have the same size valves, between them (although inlet & exhaust will be different). Same size spark plug threads. Same size & shape of combustion chamber.
