I will post this to the type4rum too:

Do T411's have 1.3:1 ratio rockers? On what engines? What about T412 rockers?

I believe that the early Type 4s ('69 model year only) had 1.1:1, like the Type 1. All of the rest used 1.3:1 ratio.
