question need answer no fuel from tank
Sean - you're a very very brave man burning stuff near a fuel tank!
It might be that the fuel filter (cube shaped bit of black or clear plastic next to the fuel pump) is blocked or the fuel line is blocked somewhere along the length of the pipe. Try blowing through the filter and or the main line (with it disconnected either end). T3 Detectives have new fuel filters - about £18. It would be worth changing it anyway as the car's been standing.
Are you sure you've connected the pipes correctly after taking them off the pump? Its an easy mistake to make as the pumps have three pipe connection points.
Hope that is of some help.

question need answer no fuel from tank
hi neil .no the problem is the fuel tank is not letting fuel out . if you were to pull the pipes off yours at the back were the big nut is and 2 outlets fuel will flow out . but mine is not i have had the thing out cleaned and set fire to it well away from car . it was all clear put it back in and no fuel is coming out fuel is in tank i have sucked on pipes but just air coming out. so i think i have put it in wrong ?
