Hey Guys,
There is a 412 variant featured in the latest Total VW (just out in the UK). Looks like a super clean car.

And I haven't gotten my issue yet!!
I can't wait to see it. It seems that TotalVW is in touch with the up and coming trends.

Yeah it does. I was flicking through an old Volksworld last night, and I came across an article on a 4 door 411 that Keith Seume owned that he was now selling. It was in very good nick apparently. This was back in 1996. I wonder where that car is now?

I got my issue yesterday and it was definitely cool to see a lower mileage Type 4. It was great that the owner drives it regularly and even tows a small trailor with it.
Kudos to TotalVW for bringing us the non-mainstream stuff. You'll get my subscription renewals as long as you keep it up.
I'm now waiting to see Neal's car.

Tom,
My 412 is gonna be in VolksWorld. I'll let you know which issue.
By the way, for a laugh I entered it in the Concours at one of Europe's largest watercooled VW shows last weekend - GTI International. I was awarded a commended rosette (3rd place) in the class I entered!
I actually found out that I was awarded the same points score as a 2001 New Beetle which got 2nd. Its a pity the judge wasn't a bit more considerate as a 29 year old car can hardly compete with a brand new one!
