Proud new owner of a 412

Greetings all, I'm a proud owner of a new 74 412. I have several questions that I havent been able to find in the archives is:
1. What to use as a sound deadner other than tar boards?
2. Can a T2 head liner be used for the T4.
3. Any before and after pics of restoration of a T4?
4. What options and/or interior were used for the 1974's?

I've been serching for a long time for a T4 4dr and finally had the opportunity to purchase one(Thanks Jonathin). I simply love the the 411/412 and would love to bring it back to its former glorie.

Hi Ed!
I've also just finished restoring a 1973 412 Variant. An upholsterer made me a new roof lining using the old one as a pattern. I can't think that the T2's headliner will fit. I'll forward you some before and after pics as soon as I've had them developed and scanned. You've got yourself a great car!
