Windows scraper molding HELP

Hi all,

I would like to install window door molding and QTY window molding from 71 ghia into my 73 Ghia becauce I personally think the chrome from pre 1972 cars look better than later cars. Has anyone done this before? Will it be too much work (modification)?

Thanks very much for your Tech advice. It seems like lots of work. I think I stay with the original trim. Also seems like if the lip were cut off, it will damage the door structure integrity? But again, thanks very much
