67 camper value ?

Found a bus for sale today.
specs:
67 camper - all the stuff is there inside and in decent shape.
small center roof pop top - don't know the condition of the canvas.
original paint - chalky red and white - it's gonna need paint.
fairly new engine and trans.
pan is awesome-no gaping holes.
nose is a little wavy - looks like it was hit before and popped back out - this
goes along with the body work and new paint it's gonna need.
both rockers on the sides ( ie:under the side doors and same on the other side)
are toast. It's gonna need these right away - the rocker under the side door is
wiped out completely.
doglegs are beautiful.
It's marked 2500 obo.
If "regionality" makes any difference - it's in Michigan.
compared to other buses I've bought it seems like a deal. If I can get it for
2k or less what do you think.
I haven't had to do any major bodywork on a bus prior - I've always turned them
around too quickly to have to do any major work. are the rockers available from
RMMW etc. ? what about any camper stuff that I might have to find.

Just looking for an opinion.
