yeah, so how do I take off the front tire mount?
The plate is held in by 4 "nuts" I would say. I can spin them all I want and they wont come out, is there a bolt on the other side of the sheetmetal? If so how do I get access to that bolt?
please help, it makes my bus look ugly with no tire on. thanks.....

From the inside of your bus, remove the two pieces of cardboard exposing the washer tank and headlight buckets.
Then carefully remove the styrofoam insulation exposing the studs.
Good Luck

sounds like it might be a "Feely" job. Jam your hand up in there, until you find something, then try to figure out how to get a wrench on it. Unless you've got really big arms, you'll need someone to turn on the outside
Another idea is to take a drill to the things, always hard to get that to work though. You'll have holes to repair no matter what, so if you make a bit of a mess with the drill, won't matter too much.

if you still can't ,use a DREMMEL with cuting wheel attached and cut the bolts from the outside.be carefull and use eye protection, they tend to brake unless you use the fiberglass type cutting wheels.see your local hardware or go to SEARS.if the nuts are really stuck from rust or whatever use a little penetrating oil and let it work for a while.good luck.
