Factory Paint Colors

Hey Everybody,
Anyone know the name and/or color code of the bright white used on bumpers, wheels, etc. of 60's era busses from the factory?

I have a '69 Westy getting ready to paint...Savannah Beige with bright white two tone. Matching bright white wheels, hubcaps, bumpers, and emblem. Also hoping to find a matching gelcoat for the top.

Hi Rally2000 I was looking in my bus book and I looked for colors and I dont know about the other parts like bumpers or anything but the roof top colors where Cloud White for 68-70 and Pastel White 71-78 and Black 71-72. Those are all the colors that where listed in my bus book for roof tops. The Savanna Beige was 68-70 so you got that right on the number. I hope this helps.

Try this:

Take the numbers off the metal plate behind the driver's seat, and use this site to decode them. You'll most likely be able to find the code from that.

Or if you're lucky, the sticker with the color code and name will still be behind the driver's seat near the aforementioned metal plate (My '69 still has a sticker behind the driver's seat that says "L30H montanarot" which is the paint code and the color, Montana Red).
