Try the Tallulla Gorge State Park campground. It's probably about an hour or so away from Winder.
Our club camped there before the Southeastern Bug Fair last fall and we really enjoyed it. The campsites are nice and have water and electricity, and there are heated bathrooms with hot showers!

Zen is right that is a good one, although we have not camped there.
Also Macassin Creak is a great one! Really nice hiking trail and trout farm there. The rodadendruns (sp) are amazing, like trees.
The one near Alpine Helen would be good too, but seems to be very popular so you may miss the "sucluded" feeling.
North GA is great for camping! Also try the NC forest service parks in the summer for all out Spartan camping in pure seclusion.
Also be sure to hook up with any or many of the VW bus clubs for campout information. Like www.fullmoonbusclub.com

If you want to consider something in NorthWEST Georgia, Bug-A-Paluza is coming up April 20-21st (camping will be avalible the nights of the 19th and 20th). OK, it's in TN, but just barely. It's at TN exit 1 off of I-75, and the exit ramp actaully starts in GA. We won't have showers, and water and electricity is on a first come/first served basis . . . but we do have real bathrooms (and port-a-potties as well), and I don't think you'll find another campground with a free drive-in theater showing Herbie movies!
You can find out more about it, preregister online, and ask questions at our website - http://www.volksfolks.org
