All is good
We picked up the GREEN GOOSE (77 Westy)today. installed the progressive and reconnected the vacume line to the manifold. Now were ready to tear down the road at about 35 mph and explore the great out doors. I still can't believe the deal we got, I'm telling you it is awsome. Every thing works just a little rust around the front windshield. New canvas is the only thing left to do. It even has the mirror on back of the closet door. $1500.00 and it came with a title.

If you're not from Georgia you might not understand what a RARE find that is! I've owned at least 30 air-cooled VWs in the last 6 years and I've only had 2 titles . . . and one of those was on the very first VW I bought . . . the other is on the last one I bought. GA doesn't require a title to get a tag if the car is over 15 years old so almost no one pays the title transfer fee when they buy any older car.

I've owned at least 30 air-cooled VWs in the last 6 years and I've only had 2 titles . . . and one of those was on the very first VW I bought . . . the other is on the last one I bought. GA doesn't require a title to get a tag if the car is over 15 years old so almost no one pays the title transfer fee when they buy any older car.
