vent window rivets?

I am instaling a new vent window handle. How do you instal the rivets that dont have a nail in it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
You need a special 2 piece tool, called a dolly, to instal ordinary rivets as opposed to pop rivets, (the type with the integral 'nail').
If you are speaking of the hinge rivet, it is made of steel, so the best option is to approach an engineering workshop, or a vehicle body builder to have this job done.
