What fuel presure are people running?

Fuel pressure depends a lot on what size injectors you are using and how capable your fuel pump is. I'm using 38 lb/hr injectors and have set my fuel pressure at exactly 50 PSI with the vacuum line disconnected from the fuel pressure regulator.

I dislike running fuel pressures much higher than that because:

a) the pump has to work harder,
b) fuel pump flow (gph) drops as fuel pressure (PSI) climbs

38 psi, using stock VW T1 or T2/3 regulators.
