Easy L-Jet to MAF conversion?

I was poking around at Split Second's site and noticed a programable adapter that is supposed to allow you to swap the AFM from an L-jet for a MAF sensor.
I wonder if this would be a good update for L-Jet owners or if it still makes more sense to make more radical changes like CIS, LH-Jet, etc.
