Cool color!! is it a metalic? What brand/type of paint are you using? Painting the whole car? What kind of gun will you be using? Are you going to seal the primer? what color sealer will you use? These are all realavent of how much paint you will need.

There is a lot to factor in. If the paint id reduced about 1:1 I wouldn't even think of buying less than a gallon. But depends on the questions above...

that color is translucent. To paint it and to use as little paint as possible there is what we call a value color for different paints. Now this is a different color sprayed on the car before you spray the color. My car was painted black before the color topcoat. GM is employing this process on there new vechiles like the S-10 that is indiglo blue. Do your homework and save yourself some money and heartache
