I check my fuel line today and saw a combination of swiss cheese and rust.
Question is, how hard is it to replace the whole fuel line? Will I have to weld? Should I get that Pro done? Where would I get one?
It's not spewing gas now but I give it a few months. Thanks, J

I replaced mine several months ago, I put in a length of 5/16" stainless, tho I have heard of people using either 1/4 or 5/16 brake line as well. It was hard getting it thru the rear frame and into the hole in the frame horn at first. I ended up brazing a length of cable into the tubing (you can use an old e-brake cable) and put that thru the frame horn first. Then I gave a nice tug and the line came right thru. I had bent the front part by the tank before I put it into the tunnel, and then put it thru the hole. Then I cut off the excess in the rear

Thanks, I also found some posts on the other forums. People say it's easy enough. I am going to give it a shot today. The one I Have in there now looks like a clogged artery.

thanks, J
