When my subscription ran out you were covering your boys project thing. What ever became of the project?

Thanks for asking. Actually Rob was so involved in taking care of his Mom and brother, both of which had disabilities, that he couldn't get enough free time to keep working on the car.
Sooo...one day when he was feeling down about not having the car done, I offered to trade the Club's car for his parts pile, most of which were beautifully restored and all ready to go back together.
He jumped at the chance and Robs parts passed on to James, his brother, for me to put back together. James then fell in love with a Meyers Manx SR-II at Pomona so we bought that with the money we got out of selling off the parts. Sad as it seems, we got a lot more for the parts than the entire car might have been worth.
He drove the THING for about 4 years and then it came back to me for yet another trade, a Mustang convert. So the THING came back to me, James still has the SR-II, and Rob is driving a Golf.
And there's this Corvette in the driveway I can't quite explain, except to say that my first Corvette was a 1954. Zoom...zoom.
BTW; The unofficial, but true, motto of C-4 Corvettes is "Life begins at 150"

Would you happen to have any copies of your last few issues available? Things got A little sporadic towards the end and I'm not sure what I missed
Thanks

Write me offline and I will see what I can find and/or copy. The last edition Feb-June 95 was the best ever. Sorry it had to stop there.
