Parts cleaner

Post by CheapTurboType3 »

Im buying a new parts cleaning tank this afternoon and was wondering what solvent to use in it.

It says its rated for 50 galons of solvent an hour, but where would I go to get the solvent. I dont think the store that sells the machine also sells the solvent.

What kind of parts cleaning solvent do any of you use? And where do you safely dispose of it once its been used?

Thanks,

M.

I use straight mineral spirits. I haven't had to clean it yet so I haven't faced any disosal problems. Tim
