S/F bigger bore/ headstud relocating

Looking at some other posts regarding stud relocating. I know that the 910 and maybe Angle Flo 101,6 heads will " Fit" the WBX heads stud spacing.
My problem is that I have a really nice set of S/F 94mm heads.

Will these accept a +/- 105-108mm register bore without breaking through? (Welding up the old stud holes, to get a full seal surface.)
also relocating the headstud holes? Is it nessesary to strenghten the areas (i.e) for the upper outer studs?

Hope for some good info!

I believe Strictly German Autowerks still has a set of 101.6 SF heads they made. There is allot of welding involved in getting SF that big. Call them at 503-233-0030
