Hi all,
My fuel line is leaking inside the tunnel, so I need to pull it
out and replac. I tryed to move it earlier this evening and it's
stuck. Are there any attachment points that I'm not aware of?

there should be small welded tabs in the tunnel to keep it from rattleing..

most people just re-rout a new one thru the interior on the outside of tunnel.. make sure it's big nuff in diameter.. I'd recommend stainless tubing.. but a large diam brake line would work just fine also.. try your local NAPA for 1/4" or 3/8" brake line by the 25'roll.

I am replacing all the fuel lines on my 73 Thing and putting in a full flow oil system. Does anyone have an idea of sizes and how many feet of line is needed for both. I have found an incredible source for a great price on braided stainless steel teflon line aircraft lines wiht aluminum fittings. I need to order the lines in bulk and make lines with the ends. I am guessing that 6' of fuel line and 8' of oil line. any thoughts here are appreciated. More later, RW
