leaky seals on new type 4

The motor sat completed for about one year, I finally installed it now the the front and rear seals are leaking. Is there a chance after driving and heating up, the seals will stop leaking or do I have to pull it and replace the seals?

I don't know when or how the seals were lubed but they are brown and the engine ran for about 4 hours before stored.

Yes the engine is installed, and I did it in the street.
