IS this right for a 1700 type4?

I've seen an ad for some Twin Dellorto 36 DRLA carbs, with the following jetting:
IDLE: 60
MAIN: 122
AIR: 180
Would this set up suit a 1700 type 4 engine? If not, what would be needed?
