Why so hostile MARC? Can we not talk about other cars just because it says Aircooled? I just would like to be able to talk about more than just Aircooled VWs, my interest in cars doesnt end there. Yes, I love them and they are on the top of my favorite list but they arent the only cars I like. If such a big problem we dont have to have one. Sheesh it was just a thought.

I don't think Marc was trying to be a jerk about it, he's just bringing forward a valid point in a direct way

If the forum doesn't stay Aircooled VW, then the forum serves little purpose to specialize in aircooled. I don't ask my Chrysler, VW Jetta Diesel or Ford Cortina questions here either. I go to the sites that cater to that, just as I go to THIS site for all my Aircooled needs ....

This also includes the Waterpumper VW's

I'm with Marc on this one .... let's keep it aircooled, and VW .... We can all go elsewhere for our other needs ......

This board will stay strictly aircooled.... unless some advertiser wants to seriously fill my wallet with Benjamins every month... Ok, seriously though, this board is aircooled except for Wasserboxers and conversions into a bug.
