T5 Updates with photos

Pretty simple stuff but a picture is worth a thousand words and all that :)

The case still needs more machining before a good cleaning so no one bag on how tarnished it looks. AL just discolors after time, mine will probably end up flat black just so it stays pretty longer.

Here is a picture of the oil return line tapped for 3/8 NPT.

Showing off the lovely Berg pump cover. Really nice fitment. Note the big ol' Aeroquip 10 AN fitting!

Custom T5 oil fill block off plate. I made this out of some thick flat plate AL sheet. Tapped the center for an oil temp sensor (normal T1 sump plate unit, 14x1.5mm). I think it turned out really well! Much nicer than the off the shelf aftermarket junk. Not the best picture. Of course painted the outside flat black.

Progressing at a snails pace :) The devil is in the details. Measure twice cut once. Sweat the small stuff. If it is worth doing it is worth taking the time to do right. blah blah blah

Nice work!
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
