How long does it take for POR15 to harden and cure?

Paint the pan today, but how long does it take to harden and cure?

Depends on the humidity, temperature, ventilation & how thick the coat is. Probably within 24 hours though. That is always when I apply the 2nd coat.

I put it on a thicker coat, maybe that is why its taking longer to dry.

Hope it dries with in 24-48 hours.

Temp is 90's

Humidity is very low here in the desert in Texas

Ventilation is good

If you plan on painting over it I recommend applying some primer while it is still tacky.

It's best to put 2 thin coats than 1 thick coat.

It's hardening now, but still a little tacky

I already did the thick coat, so its to late now.

I hope that it dries by thursday?

I imagine you will be OK. Put a fan in the area.
