Maybe you're not asking for stock 2.0 914 valves? I know that Jake hates the sodium-filled exhaust valves with a passion, but they were stock in the 2.0 914 and they are out there. Just be sitting down when you look for the price...
At one point, at least, there were cheaper regular valves in the correct size. I haven't looked for them in a long time, though.

pelican parts lists stock 2.0 valves this size. I want to use stainless so will probably go bigger from aircooled.net Larry

your order went out, BUT...The valves you ordered are T-1 valves. We only have 46.5 and 48mm intake, and 38mm exhaust for the T-4.
I am holding off on sending the valves or seats until I hear from you.

I haven't found these on his website.Does anyone know if these are thinner guides or what they're made of? I will let you know when I get a reply from John

Thanks PJ. It looks like a good prospect. Has anyone used these valves? John at Aircooled suggested getting mine from Manley But they don't list as many options for a type4 without getting them custom made. I think I'll go 44/36. Larry

They have the 42mm intake, part # 13007e. They were very helpful however they dont stock seats for a type 4. Larry

I got my SI Valves tonight. They look fine, all 8mm stems. Price seemed very reasonable.$75 for 8 stainless valves, 4 guides and shipping. Heads are going to the machinist tomorrow. Larry
