VW Type 4 Minichamps Models

Sorry if this may seem to be the wrong forum, but it feels to me like I am the only person in the world who gets excited about Type 4 scale models. Last year I bought the Minichamps 411 sedan and Variant 1:43 models from Minichamps. They are STUNNING! A friend however recently bought 3 Type III models (notch, square, fastback) from Minichamps in 1:18 scale, and I was dumbstruck - I have never seen such detailed die-cast models before in my life! Now- the million dollar question: does anyone know if Minichamps will bring out the Type 4 also in a 1:18 scale model?And, does anyone have ANY model of a 412, or know if there were ever one made? (I have only seen 411 scale models, and I own most of them - Schuco, Wiking, Minichamps)

At eBay most of these models are offered regularly. It is that you mentioned it, I never realised until now that all of these different models are 411 indeed and not 412! A 1:18 model would indeed be very cool, why don't you ask the factory if they will/can make one? Regards
