Does the type4 94mm cylinders fit the wbx 2.1L case without any trouble ?!

No they use Type-1 Pistons

The T5 only uses T1 94 cylinders. Unless getting the racing Chevy size cylinders and 102.5mm spacing.

The T5 can use T4 94 or T1 94B pistons, of course you will use the stock T5 rod or T1 rod respectively as the pins are different.

My question is if the OD of the type4 94mm cylinder is the right for the case ?!

Thanks for all input!

yes

all stock waterboxers use 94mm pistons. It is just the stroke that changed between the 1.9 and the 2.1. Keep in mind the relative difference in piston volumes (wbx pistons have big depressions in them...)

Sorry, Jonas... I usually read posts before answering them  .

I don't know anything about type4 cases, but i can tell you that the OD of a wbx cylinder where it fits into the case is 100mm. Hopefully that will get close to answering your question.

Al is a waste for this application IMO. Choose your battles! ;-)
