rebuild questions

Hey have few questions, which way does the bracket on the end of the oil cooler remount on a 1700 fi 1974. I toke it off and got it laid out wrong and I'm not sure! Also, does the engine tins have to go on before the front fan cooling schroud. I know the bottom has to go on before the pushrod tubes. I should have documented the tear down better!! Its been so long. I hope I can get her back together!! Thanks for all the help!!!! Wahoo Bill p.s. hey how do you keep the flywheel from rusting away??

The tin on top doesn't really matter wether it goes on first or last...but the cooling manifold must be on before the heat exchangers. The bracket goestoward the cooling manifold...because it bolts to it. Ray
