Wiring question? Wire from fuel injection group.

Post by vwbill »

Hey can anyone tell me if the white wire with a gray protective cover coming from the group that goes to the right(#1) side fuel injectors and splits off to the throttle body plug goes to the starter? There is a small grommet in the back plate that is open and it would only reach somewhere around that area(18" from throttle body branch).
Thanks Bill

Fuel injection wire question

Hey Ray, thanks for the reply! I'll look for a number on the wire. Should it be on the end of the wire? Thanks again Bill

Hey Ray was looking at the my removal pictures and it came out the back of the tin right side to the starter. Its a white twin wire single plug. No place else to go. Thanks Bill

If you peel the boot back from the plug...there will be a # stamped on each wire about 1/4" above the plug. I will ccheck later for you.I am out of town right now. No access to my notes. Ray
