Bouncy...Rocky at idle, T4 Stroker.

All parts are new. It is a MSHP 2.3 with a stock cam. It runs great past idle.
Should it be rocky at idle? I have jetted and sinked the carbs (dual Webers 44's 36 Vents 57.5 idle jets). Timing is at 30 degrees total advanced. New motor mounts, Jacob wires.
Should I check for Vacuum leak?
Could the C/W crank be unbalanced?

Yes check for vacume leaks, a vacume leak on any carburated engine will cause a rough idle
if that checks out Ok then I would recheck the valve lash, a valve hanging open can cause a rough Idle too
If the crank is out of balence you probably won't feel it untill you get up around 2k RPM or so

I purchased a 78.4 counterweighted crank from a "reputable" source that I will keep anonymous (not MSHP). I had all my rotating parts balanced including crank, rods, pistons, wristpins, flywheel, pressure plate, clutch and crank pulley. The balancing shop charged me an extra $25 because the crank was way out of balance. He explained that I would have experienced problems with the idle (and upper RPM range) similar to what you're describing.
