Its funny that,My mate Russ still has stock rods that have only been checked and shot peened once about 6 years ago since then the bhp is up from 150 to 304 !!
Do you think he's risking it ??

Depends on RPMs not horsepower.

Jake,

What is the fix for this problem? Get all the rod lengths to match or correct deck height by shimming cyclinders?
