Geabox with FC code?

Anybody knows what is an "FC"code gearbox? The seller told me,that it is a VW 412 gearbox. Thanks, Jan.

Does it have provision for a large diameter slave cylinder in the bell housing? Does it have a large flat black plate on the bottom? Then its 411/412. I have an FA series for sure.....I may have an FC somewhere if memory serves. Ray
