Yeah, I'm that type of dork that keeps posting ebay stuff up on car discussion forums, just don't want anybody to miss anything (like anything goes unnoticed on ebay  ).

I see...on the vwvortex forums, people are always giving each other a hard time if somebody already knows something or it's already been posted. Guess if I find anything cool, I'll continue to post it up! :)

I look at it like this, If you post something and I've already seen it, I move on. What did I loose,.. 5 seconds? If it is something I need, than I'm thankfull for it. I've bought a few items that others have posted here that I would never have found myself. Just because someone doesn't ask, doesn't mean they don't need or aren't looking for it.

The blue KYB oil struts are pretty good units. As good as KONI or Bilstein? Not quite. They are quite stock in performance. But the oil units are some of the best that were produced for the 411/412. If they can be gotten for a good price, they should be a slight bit better than the Boges after laying on the shelf for a while. But...any shock that lays on the shelf for a long while will be a risk for short milage...so get them for a good price. Bear in mind...these cartridges were the last manufacturere that made an actual strut cartridge for the 411/412. They were last produced around 1992-93. Thats old. Keep up the good posting of parts.
