ohman did i blow my regulator

Post by subrhyme »

Okay here we go. I'm not getting any spark from the coil. I checked under the back bench of my 412 wagon and saw that my fuse was blown, so I replaced it. Now it still wont start. Im notgetting any spark. Do I have to manually set something on the regulator, does somebody have a way to test a regulator? I know my coil and my wires are all good, so anybody could help I'd really appreciate it, thanks!

You have power to turn over the starter? Check for spark. Which fuse was blown? Next check to see if the injection system is getting juice. Ray

Yes the starter turns no problem. I have no spark at all, I think the fuse was the ignition fuse, Im not sure, its an 8 amp fuse under the back bench
andthe wires that went to the fuse holder were green. Sorry I didnt mention this before but I have a carburetor not fuel injection.
