Help! Dented pushrod tube

I've dented a pushrod tube on my girlfriends type 25/Vanagon, whilst removing the exhaust.
It isn't a big dent.
Will it cause problems?

depends on the size of the dent, does the push rod rub it?
If so there is two fixes.
You can try and "rub" the dent out with someting from inside the tube, like a paintless dent repair guy would do.
Or go to the dealer and get a replacement pushrod tube that is spring loaded.
