Parts or Whole 412 Wagon in Arizona Found!

In case anyone is interested...I was searching for 411 parts and I found a 1973(Ithink) 412 Wagon. It still has the fuel injection on it. It hasn't been started in years. It is in AZ so the rust is minimal, I didn't look too too closely. The body is good and the interior is in pretty good shape. The guy is only asking $500 for the whole car. I need a few things off of it, but it is so complete so I decided to see if anyone wanted it as a whole before I pick it apart. If anyone is interested let me know and I'll give the info out!

Does the car have the under-dash AC unit? I need that part badly! The rest of my AC is setup is there.
