top frame corrections

ok, so some one put the top up on the thing (i think it was my bro, it was not me... i promis!) and forgot to latch the top the the window... so i got about a mile till all of a sudden BAM! the top comes flying back!
So its tweeked, it was a little to start with when we bought it but now its real bad.
So here is whats wrong, the header (front edge) wont line up with the window top, its pushed about an inch and a half forward of the window (hangs over)
AND the side windows have a gap of about an inch or so. in the center of the whole span.
So any help to get it straight? tricks? i cant seem to get it to come all the way, i got it better than it was, but it still needs help.
