Yeah it may be steep....but the owner is not afraid of the camera...and has taken the correct pictures. If I'm not mistaken...heh heh...thats a 4 speed shifter in the picture...and the unmistakable curve of an Ernst factory style performance muffler with stainless tailpipe. Its been repainted...or at least has new, black fender beading.
I think...if all else is as advertised...that may be worthclose to the price.
I have been saying for a while,...this is where the prices of these cars will go....especially as more of "our" cars hit the road....and people start getting interested. Ray

Definately. Especially (sp?) if people stop seeing them as the black sheep and start appreciating them for their good qualities.
I guess I better snatch up a few more

NICE looking car, matches my 4 door!
EDIT:: I like the VARIANT badge, something you dont see here in the States.
Why is it part Dutch, part German?

I'm of course distracted by the minutae. I mean, why is the first half of the ad in Dutch and the rest in German????!!!!
It's a pretty car, but this is *really* bothering me!

Probably because I log in to eBay.nl some parts of this German ad get translated into Dutch. The same happens with other EU eBay ads. It does not happen with the US eBay.
You can try to get you a VARIANT badge ("Schriftzug" in German) on eBay. They get offered regularly. Here is one:
