Once our votes have been decided we all need to sit down and make some more decisions. The mission statement needs to be revised, especially if we include T3s.
Informally, what do we expect out of this club? What can you bring to this club?
The registry will be another matter altogether, but I have some ideas for it.

Every time I come here, I'm sitting down.Once our votes have been decided we all need to sit down and make some more decisions.
What I expect from the club would be:
A database of information about these cars (doucments, FAQ's, DIY projects, upgrades, parts suppliers, etc.)
A place to congregate to share ideas and problems (just like we do here, so that could probably stay the same)
To increase the awareness of the technology and superiority of these cars to the "more popular" VW's. That comment should tick a few people off.
What I personally can bring to the club would include:
I've got a degree in web development, so if any help is needed with the site, I would be happy to kick in
I personally have a vinyl cutter at my house, so decals could be made very cheaply
I don't know as much as some, but I do have a growing knowledge about these cars
I can rescue (or part out) any type 4 within 200 miles of my house
