There is one user on this forum that I would like to personally ignore forever[\b]

Does phpBB support such a feature?

I don't think it does, but you have that feature built in.

Do you mean moderators? I know that, but this is personal. I don't want to bother a moderator with my personal feelings toward one individual that may or may not have meaning to all others.

vBulletin boards have that feature, maybe time to switch over. I'd be surprised if phpBB didn't have it in one version or another.
