he , 412 fans , it is betther quality , modern foam or coco fiber (original at vw ) for to restore seat ,

I think the coco fiber...commonly called "hosehair"...is more shape-able. I think you can get synthetic versions now. Would try to use a foam base and a coco top layer covered with a cloth liner.

I am still going to send my seats in at some point to sew-fine to get patterns made. Perhaps we can all get together for a group buy. Having the front seats made and the patterns...would be $450 for the pair....my cost. After that...once they have patterns....they are about half. They have really nice materials. Ray

allo ray , i accep your oppinion ,the original équipment have more quality , and i find a place for to by original coco fiber but that is the same thing chrome molding , you need to do the job , but that is cheep price , appx. 50.00$ each seat , it is not synthétic , if you need information ,,,,albert :lol:
