Is anyone an expert at rebuilding these carbs? I'm having two problems:
1) The accelerator pump is rated for 0.8-1.0cc but the max rate I can get out of it is 0.7cc pumping it slowly. Does the check ball need to be removed and it's port cleaned?
2) The spec for the float is 12-14mm from the top of the lower body. There are no leaks and the valve is working correctly but the best I can achieve is 17-18mm (gasket installed to level, gasket removed to measure). It's not possible to un-shim the float valve anymore to raise the level and it doesn't make much different anyway. Do I need to bend the support for the float into a vee?
