DB.....

Please tell me you spent very little money....uh.....those kits only fit the 69 with the 19mm slave cylinder. I have seen two in my life and they have a really low grade synchro set up in them. They will not fit your model of slave cylinder...which has a 44.5mm piston

I'm mixed up I thought they were kits for clutch master cylinders and not clutch slave kits. I thought clutch masters were the same but slaves were different.
Just curious Terry

Hey...but hang onto them. I do know where a good 1971 4 speed is. Also they are almost identical to the Audi cylinder. Or did the audi have 23mm...hmmmm....checking. Ray

Wait, what?
Quote from vwbill:
Hey Guys , here are the two kit numbers I got and the parts listing from FTE. RK19221(ClutchMaster Kit)
Quote from ebay ad:
Bidding is for one new clutch master cylinder repair kit, part number RK 19221 or factory number 411-798-045. This fits VW 411 and 412 from 1969 through 1974.
So, 411-798-045 is not RK 19221? Or are the parts pictured neither?
Somebody needs to tell them if they are selling the wrong part number?

I think that is for a clutch master???

Hey Guys, I have the 44.5 mm slave sealing rings which are the H4435 part of the kit for the slave cyl. I think the kit DB listed the link to is the clutch master kit? I think the auto clutch master might be different?
We could always email the FTE rep; she was very very helpful!! bill
