In need of a Windshield frame

VW's aircooled mini SUV. Great for riding in the country, or cruising the beach.

In need of a Windshield frame

I just recently picked up a 1973 Thing, and I need a Windshield frame. I haven't found any reproductions, and have realized that parts are more of a problem than for a type 1 or 2. If anyone has a complete frame that they would like to sell, please email me. I really would like to start driving it, but I don't want to have to wear sunglasses all of the time....

Give Mike Basso @ Things Unlimited a call. He should have some used ones available, and his prices are fair. Make sure you tell him you want the complete windshield, and not just the frame. (518) 630-0173

There are a bucket load of windshield frames listed on Samba these days. Get on the stick and git yerself one. K-mann
