strut bushings....what are these, and what are best???

HI

I am in deep, and spending alot of money on the front end of my 71 super.....

I am putting in adjusta struts...(empi) and sport+ springs, and lowered strut inserts....

I have all the other urathane stuff, and the strut bar, and I am getting disks......

so,

I heard that there is this strut bushing thing, and it might be bad, or good, or whatever, but it should be replaced because I have stuff apart.....

so , what is it,

how much is it

and what brand should I use?

any diagrams online>?

I thought I saw something at 1800vw.com, but I don't know what I am looking at....

I think that is it, it is the thing that goes on top of the strut where it connects to the body. That is only the mount, it needs the little bearing to go in it, but it is a good idea to replace those rubber things too, as they are most likely hard and worn out.
