Removing paint and old Bondow completely, especially just below the raised portions of panels like the hood, seems to be a real pain--any tips or tricks?
Chemical Stripper works wonders on paint and thin bondo. A propone torch works good on removing thick bondo, just heat it to soften and it will come off easy.
try a side grinder with a 4" flat wire wheel (i didn't try the cupped wheel).....it works darn good....make sure you wear safety glasses, the wires come off every once in a while and they hurt.....
