Hello,
What is the best way to post pics? Can you host them here or do I need to use another host (I have been using villagephotos).

You have to have them hosted somewhere else.

just host your pics on any website. I use
http://www.photobucket.com though you need to make an account there.
As far as putting the pic in your post just use and have the web address to the pic between the them.
